The Growing to Serve campaign is designed to help our church meet the growing needs of our community. Each and every month the volunteers at our Outreach House serve the needy citizens of the Collegeville/Lower Providence area with non-perishable food, personal care items, household goods and clothing. These donations are made possible through the generosity of the members of St. James' Episcopal Church and others who donate these items to the Outreach House. The campaign is also designed to help us accomplish long overdue maintenance requirements which are desperately needed in our current sanctuary. In the past year, we have installed a new roof at the church as well as fixed a crumbling wall that faced the Evansburg Road side of the building. Our facility needs to update our electrical system as well as our HVAC utilities to meet the growing needs of the congregation. We, the Vestry and Clergy of St. James' Episcopal Church, are committed to preserving the history and beauty of our campus and ensuring that the Church is properly maintained. Please join us in these efforts to keep St. James' a place to know and serve God by serving others.
